Spitfire blueprint T-shirt

This design is now discontinued. The new version can be found here.

This IWM exclusive blue marl soft cotton short sleeve tee features a crew neck and blueprints of a composition of Spitfire Mk XIV produced during the Second World War.

The t-shirt detail includes facts and figures of the Supermarine Spitfire such as the size and speed records.

The Supermarine Spitfire’s first flight was on March 5 1936 – the Spitfire has since become one of the most famous British aircraft in history. The Spitfire was built in many variants and was produced in greater numbers than any other British aircraft and was the only British fighter to be in continuous production throughout the war.

The first squadron to use Spitfires was 19 Squadron, based at RAF Duxford on 4 August 1938.
