Produced during the First World War to encourage men to enlist in the newly named Royal Air Force.

Poster reads: Join the Royal Air Force and share their honour and glory. Age 18 – 50. Rates of Pay from 1/6 to 12/- Per Day. If you join the Royal Air Force voluntarily, you cannot be transferred to the Army or Navy without your consent.
