Supermarine Spitfire T-Shirt grey
This t-shirt features Supermarine Spitfire Mk 1s on No. 19 Squadron, autumn 1938. Photographic image from our collections. 19 squadron were the first squadron equipped with the Spitfire, flying out of Duxford. The Spitfire earned its fame during the Battle of Britain and was the only allied fighter in production during the entire war.
'Verrimus caelum' (we sweep the skies) is the Duxford motto.
