Come face to face with a Spitfire scene reproduced from the Imperial War Museum’s Film Archive.
The Museum’s Film and Video Archive holds some 20,000 hours of moving image material .Originally, public access to film clips was provided in the museum galleries on Mutoscope machines, which operated on exactly the same principle as these flip books.
