Direct from the IWM collections, the Spitfire Blueprint artwork is a composition of Spitfire Mk XIV documents and illustrations, and also includes detailed facts and figures of the Supermarine Spitfire such as the size and speed records.

The Spitfire hoodie includes a drawstring hood, ribbed wrist and waist lines, as well as a handy kangaroo pouch for all your essentials.

The Supermarine Spitfire’s first flight was on March 5 1936 – since then the Spitfire has become one of the most famous British aircraft in history. The Spitfire was built in many variants and was produced in greater numbers than any other British aircraft and was the only British fighter to be in continuous production throughout the war.

The first squadron to use Spitfires was 19 Squadron, based at RAF Duxford on 4 August 1938.
