Sheepskin Gloves (Battle of Britain)

100% sheepskin gloves with a classic 3 point stitch style on the back of the hand.

Sheepskin provides more warmth than any other glove lining. Sheepskin is both a fire resilient and breathable material. As pilots would wear gloves in case of fires in the cockpit and due to the extreme cold temperatures the air could reach when flying high in the sky, sheepskin was a popular material for the gloves construction as it provided a natural solution to both issues.

Inspired by what pilots would typically would have worn during the Battle of Britain and sits alongside other clothing and accessories within this range, such as the aviator leather jacket and Battle of Britain holdall.
