Blueprint Spitfire Watch
Designed by IWM this Spitfire watch has been created in partnership with Limit, and comes with a black analogue dial, scratch resistant mineral glass, silver bezel, black strap and exclusive spitfire blueprint design.
Inspired by the design of military aircraft cockpits, the aviator watch has finishing touches such as white figures and batons, black hands with luminous inlays, and a white sweeping second hand, as well as detailed touches to the dial showing rudder control and degree of angle the aircraft can fly at. The dial takes inspiration from vintage RAF Spitfire planes, many of which had black cockpit dials with white markers, as this was found to be most visible cockpit combination in low light flying conditions. The strap is black with white stitching and silver colour studs and casing.
The colours used were taken off the Spitfire and the yellow tip of the propeller is visible on some of the dial markings. Its case is alloy with ionic plating and a stainless steel back, and the strap is made from PU Leather.Explore all Spitfire Gifts
