Duraglaze mug which features the front cover of Ethel Smyth’s composition The March of the Women, dedicated to the Women’s Social and Political Union, 1911.

The Suffragette organisation, the Women's Social and Political Union was founded by Emmeline Pankhurst and her daughters in 1903. Until the outbreak of war in 1914 the WSPU campaigned to 'wake up the nation' to the cause of women's suffrage to win 'votes for women'.
