AI Usage

Some content on the IWM Shop website, including text and images, may be created, edited or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI). We use AI responsibly and transparently, with human oversight, to help improve the customer experience and ensure content remains accurate, appropriate and not misleading.

Images displaying the AI icon have been edited, enhanced or, in some cases, generated using artificial intelligence for presentation, creative or technical purposes. Where AI has been used, we take care to ensure products are represented accurately and faithfully, including their key characteristics such as colour, materials, design and intended use.

As a museum, IWM is committed to maintaining trust, authenticity and accuracy in how we present our collections, stories and products. AI-assisted content is reviewed by IWM teams before publication to help ensure it meets these standards.
