Payments
1. Why was my card declined at checkout?
Ensure that you selected the correct payment option. For all non-PayPal transactions, choose Opayo by Elavon. Also, double-check your card details and that your bank hasn’t blocked the transaction.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit and debit cards via Opayo by Elavon, as well as PayPal for customers who prefer using their PayPal account.
3. Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Currently, we do not support Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please use a standard card or PayPal.
4. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. Opayo by Elavon and PayPal both use industry-standard encryption.
5. I accidentally selected the wrong payment method—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t gone through, simply return to the checkout page and select the correct payment method. If you’ve already submitted the order, please contact customer support for assistance.
6. Can I split payment between two cards or methods?
Unfortunately, we do not support split payments at this time.
7. How do I know if my payment was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed. If you don’t receive one, check your spam folder or contact support.
8. 3D authentication failure
If you're experiencing issues during the 3D Secure step of your payment, here are a few things to check:
- Card details: Make sure your card number, expiry date, security code (CVC), one-time passcode (OTP), and billing address (including postcode) are all entered correctly.
- Card status: Ensure your card hasn’t expired, been cancelled, or reported as lost or stolen.
- Authentication step: Complete any verification steps — this may involve entering a one-time passcode or approving the transaction in your banking app.
- 3D Secure registration: Some cards need to be enrolled in 3D Secure. If you're unsure, check with your bank.
- Browser or device issues: Pop-up blockers, outdated browsers, or certain device settings can prevent the 3D Secure page from loading properly.
- Try a different browser or device: Switching to another browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) or using a different device can sometimes resolve the issue.
- Clear your browser cache: This can help if the page isn’t loading as expected.
- Try another card or payment method: If the issue continues, using a different card might help.
- Contact your bank: If everything seems correct but the issue persists, your bank may be able to identify or resolve the problem.
