- Europe refers to the 27 EU member countries.
- Non-EU European countries are included under "Rest of the World".
General Information
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. These charges will be due when the goods reach the destination country. UK VAT will be removed at checkout for international orders.
Delivery charges are based on the value of your order and the destination country. We use a multi-courier system, and IWM will determine the most appropriate courier or postal service.
Courier Services
- Couriers may log delivery details, including taking a photo at the delivery address.
- For high-value items, additional security checks apply. These must be received in person and cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Your email and/or phone number may be shared with couriers to facilitate tracking, delivery options, and customs processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
- Available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2pm.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, weekends, or UK public holidays will be delivered on the second working day.
- Applies to UK Mainland only (excludes Highlands, Islands, and specific postcodes: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15–17, PA49, PA60–PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41–PH44, ZE2–ZE3).
- If your order includes an excluded region or product, we will use a priority service, but next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Alcohol Deliveries
- Only available for UK delivery, excluding Northern Ireland.
- Must be signed for by someone aged 18 or older.
- Couriers may request ID (e.g., passport or driving licence) and apply a Challenge 25 policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel delivery if age or identity cannot be verified.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday), subject to stock availability.
- UK delivery: 2–3 working days from order date.
- International delivery: 10–21 working days, depending on destination.
In rare cases, part or all of your order may be unavailable. If so, we will issue a refund for the affected items and notify you.
Please note: We currently do not offer collection from our stores.
